Adam Smith, a CFO executive of a medical supply company, decided to drive over to his local Chick-fil-A restaurant and harass one of its employees. Smith took umbrage against Dan Cathy's position on traditional marriage.

While attention is focused on Adam Smith's bullying, I think we should focus our attention on the unsung hero of this story: Rachel, the Chick-fil-A employee who kept her cool under Smith's "I don't know how you live with yourself and work here" diatribe.

I wish workers, regardless of their jobs, would take note of Rachel's actions of exhibiting grace under fire.
